Information we collect

We collect information you provide or generate while using SystemDrills:

• Account details received through an authentication provider, such as your name, email address, profile image, and account identifier.
• Practice activity, including code, custom testcases, submissions, results, progress, and problem history.
• Payment records, including order and payment identifiers, amount, currency, payment status, and access period. Payment credentials are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by SystemDrills.
• Messages, feedback, and files you choose to send to support.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser details, request logs, cookies, and security events.

How we use information

We use this information to provide accounts and practice features, run and evaluate code, maintain progress, process payments, grant paid access, answer support requests, prevent abuse, secure the service, diagnose faults, and improve SystemDrills. We may also use records to comply with tax, accounting, legal, and dispute-resolution obligations.

When information is shared

We share information only as needed with service providers that help us operate SystemDrills, including authentication, payment, hosting, database, storage, email, monitoring, and isolated code-execution providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and retention

Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. We retain account and practice information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Payment, security, and support records may be kept longer where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably needed.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing where applicable. Some records may need to be retained by law or for legitimate security and transactional purposes. You can control non-essential browser storage through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other features from working.

Security and children

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Users under 18 may use SystemDrills only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian may contact us to review or request deletion of a child’s personal information. If we learn that a child’s information was collected without the required consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
