LEGAL
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 8 August 2026
These terms govern your use of SystemDrills. By accessing the service or purchasing access, you agree to them.
Accounts and eligibility
If you are under 18, you may use SystemDrills only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Your parent or legal guardian must authorize any purchase and accept these terms on your behalf. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Account details must be accurate, and an account may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
The service
SystemDrills provides low-level design problems, code execution, automated evaluation, editorials, and progress tools. Features and problem availability may change as the service develops. We may perform maintenance, correct content, or temporarily restrict a feature to protect reliability or security.
Paid access
Prices, taxes, currency, and the access period are shown before checkout. Current purchases are one-time payments and do not automatically renew or create a payment mandate. Paid access begins after payment is confirmed and lasts for the purchased period. Unless required by law, unused time has no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Refund and cancellation policy
You may request cancellation and a refund by emailing support@systemdrills.com within seven calendar days of payment, provided you have not submitted a solution to any paid problem. Opening or reading a paid problem without submitting a solution does not affect eligibility.
Requests made after seven calendar days, or after you have submitted a solution to any paid problem, fall outside the standard refund policy. We will consider such a request only where you raise a genuine concern. Each request is reviewed individually, and a refund will be processed only if approved by SystemDrills. This discretionary review does not guarantee a refund or establish a precedent for future requests.
If we approve a refund outside the standard refund policy, we may issue a full or partial refund. SystemDrills reserves the right to deduct a reasonable portion of the amount paid, taking into account your use of paid access and the circumstances of the request.
Include the email address used for your account, your payment or order ID, and a clear explanation of your concern so we can assess the request.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Access purchased through the refunded payment may be removed when the refund is approved, and bank or payment-provider processing times may apply. These terms do not limit any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may use SystemDrills for your own learning and interview preparation. You must not disrupt the service, bypass access controls or execution limits, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, automate abusive traffic, share paid content or account access, copy or republish substantial parts of the problem catalog, submit malicious code, or use the service unlawfully.
Content and intellectual property
SystemDrills and its problem statements, testcases, editorials, software, branding, and site content are owned by SystemDrills or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You retain ownership of code and feedback you submit, while granting us the limited permission needed to store, execute, display, and process that material to operate and improve the service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a serious or repeated breach, fraud, unlawful activity, security risk, or harm to the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits, survive termination.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that every evaluation or explanation is error-free, or that using SystemDrills will produce a particular interview or employment outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SystemDrills is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability relating to paid access will not exceed the amount you paid to SystemDrills in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Third parties, changes, and governing law
Third-party services, including authentication and payment services, are governed by their own terms and policies. We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes; the revised date will identify the current version, and continued use after an update means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts under applicable law.
